Fresh produce such as vegetables, fruits, dairy, and bakery items are subject to daily availability and seasonal fluctuations.

Actual size, color, weight, and appearance of fresh produce may vary naturally.

Pricing & Billing

Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Fresh produce may be billed based on actual weight at dispatch.

Orders & Delivery

Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization and stock verification.

Same-day delivery may be available within select service areas.

Liability

Sampoorna Bazaar shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to courts in Davanagere, Karnataka.
